On July 2, there was held a video conference which launched an online business mission of Russian heavy engineering sector enterprises to Asia and South America. 

Within the framework of the business mission organized by the Russian Export Center, JSC and supported by the Trade Representation of Russia in Indonesia from July, 2 to July, 31 seven Russian companies will have an opportunity to meet with potential Indonesian buyers: representatives of state and private sectors.

Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in Indonesia, made a presentation on the prospects of Russian exports of heavy engineering equipment to Indonesia and gave a number of practical advice to the exporters.

The experience of promoting products in Indonesia was shared by the general director of the subsidiary company PJSC Kamaz - PT. Kamaz Trucks Indonesia Sergey Galstyan.

Didit Ratam, Chairman of the Committee for Cooperation with Russia and CIS of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Didi Suwondo, Head of Indonesia-Russia Business Council shared an overview of the heavy engineering market and its current needs.

The conference was also attended by the Trade Missions’ representatives from India, Iran, and Peru.
